Men's Volleyball Defeated By George Mason in EIVA Quarterfinals

Fairfax, Va. - George Mason defeated Princeton 3-0 (30-27, 30-24, 30-23) in the EIVA volleyball quarterfinals on Friday evening, as the Patriots' .402 hitting percentage was too much for the Tigers to handle. Princeton could only muster a .260 hitting percentage in the match. Dennis Alshuler led the Tigers with 15 kills, Captain Steve Cooper tallied 10 kills and Jason Liljestrom added 44 assists. Kevin Roche led the Tigers with nine digs, as Ryan Black had team-high four blocks. This was the final game for Cooper, Black, Roche and Blair Anderson, and the Tigers finish the season at 6-12.
