PRINCETON, N.J. - Despite senior co-captain Jon Pharris' (Newport Beach, Calif.) tremendous 16-save performance, the Princeton men's water polo team lost to Saint Francis 7-6 in overtime at the North/South Invitational. The Tigers have now gone into overtime in three of their last five games. Princeton defeated Saint Francis by a score of 6-5 earlier in the season. Today's loss drops the Tigers to 9-3.
Junior Kevin Foster (Davis, Calif.) registered a team-leading two goals. Sophomore Chris Armato (Long Beach, Calif.) and senior co-captain Marshall Roslyn (Philadelphia, Pa.) each scored for the Orange and Black.
Princeton will be out of action until Oct. 19-21 when it will host a Collegiate Water Polo Association league weekend at DeNunzio Pool.
