PRINCETON, N.J. -Blake Robinson (Fr., Aliso Viejo, CA) turned in 18 kills and six digs, but the Princeton men's volleyball team dropped its home opener to Concordia, 3-1, on Thursday night in Dillon Gymnasium. The Tigers drop to 2-5. Concordia is now 5-5
Princeton won game one, 31-29, but the Clippers came back to win the next three games to close out the win.
Ryn Burns (Fr., Encinitas, CA) recorded 12 kills and six digs for the Tigers, while Dennis Alshuler (Jr., Newport Beach, CA) and Scott Dor? (Sr., Newport Beach, CA) had eight and seven kills respectively.
Concordia got a 23-kill, 9-dig performance from Diego Escobar. Ashraf Taman had 16 kills and 6 digs for the Clippers, while Luis Mendez had 14 kills.
Princeton will host George Mason and St. Francis on Saturday, Feb. 16 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. respectively. It will host Harvard on Sunday, Feb. 17 at 3 p.m.
