Nicole Corriero had a goal and two assists to lead third-ranked Harvard to a 3-0 win over Princeton in women's hockey at Baker Rink Saturday afternoon.
Harvard, who advanced to the NCAA championship game a year ago, improved to 3-1-1 overall, 3-1-0 in the ECAC. Princeton slipped to 3-2-1, 2-2.
Roxanne Gaudiel made 24 saves in net for the Tigers.
Kat Sweet started the scoring for the Crimson on a power-play goal 8:18 into the game, off a perfect set up from Corriero. The score stayed that way for the next 35 minutes before the Crimson broke the game open in the third period on goals by Jennifer Raimondo and Corriero.
Harvard outshot Princeton 27-18.
