Princeton Athletics Announces Multi-Year Corporate Partnership Agreement With The Bank of Princeton
October 01, 2007 | General
The Bank of Princeton and Princeton University Athletics have joined forces on a long-term corporate partnership. The multi-year agreement secures The Bank of Princeton as a lead partner of many of the prominent fan-based and community programs supported by Princeton University Athletics.
The Bank of Princeton will be the exclusive partner for the new “Million Dollar Challenge," an opportunity for fans to win $250,000 at the final home Princeton football, basketball, men's ice hockey and men's lacrosse games of the season. The Bank of Princeton will also support the “Reading with the Tigers” program, a popular scholastic outreach program designed to encourage summer reading by elementary and middle school students in Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as “National Girls and Women In Sports Day,” an interactive community sports fair for local youth which annually precedes a Princeton women's basketball game.
“We are excited to welcome The Bank of Princeton as a member of our Tiger Corporate Partner Team,” says Jamie Zaninovich, Senior Associate Director of Athletics. “As a dedicated member of the Princeton community, The Bank of Princeton is a perfect partner to help us both provide additional excitement to our fans as well as strengthen our community outreach programs.”
Peter Crowley, CEO of The Bank of Princeton, says the partnership represents the company's dedication to the Princeton community. “It makes sense for The Bank of Princeton to partner with Princeton Athletics, given our organizations' shared commitment of giving back to the community,” says Mr. Crowley. “At The Bank of Princeton, we strive to be a good corporate citizen, and that means contributing to improving the communities where our employees live and work."
The Bank of Princeton is located at 21 Chambers Street in Princeton, beside the Chambers Street Parking Garage. Additional offices will open in late 2007 in Hamilton, N.J., and Pennington, N.J. The Bank of Princeton provides a full line of personal and business checking, savings, money market, investment, lending, merchant services and cash management products at branches or on the web. The Bank of Princeton offices are easily accessible to local communities, provide 24 hour ATM and night drop services, offer weekend banking hours and free coin counting machines.
