The duo of Kessel and Scott Liljestrom lifted Princeton to a second set victory. After a narrow 10-9 lead early, Princeton got into another gear and won 15 of the next 23 points to grab a 2-0 lead..
Like the first set, Vassar controlled the early portion of the third set. Both sides would trade points until Princeton tied the set 21-21. The Tigers concluded the game with four unanswered points to seal the sweep, 25-21.
