Jason Garrett, Tara Christie Kinsey To Be Honored At PVC Banquet

Jason Garrett, the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, and Tara Christie Kinsey, the outgoing Associate Dean of the College, will be honored at the upcoming Gary Walters '67 Princeton Varsity Club Awards Banquet.
Garrett will receive the Class of 1967 Citizen Athlete Award, in recognition of selfless and noble contributions to sport and society. Christie Kinsey will receive the Marvin Bressler Award, presented to a member of the Princeton family who, through heartfelt support of the University's student-athletes and coaches, best embodies a belief in the lifelong lessons taught by competition and athletics as complement to the overall educational mission.
Garrett, a 1989 Princeton graduate and one of the top quarterbacks ever at Princeton, has a long and dedicated history of community and charitable work, especially in the Dallas area.
Christie Kinsey, who will be leaving Princeton to become the Head of School at the Hewitt School in Manhattan, has been a tireless advocate on this campus for each and every one of Princeton's student athletes.
