James de Haas played spoiler for the second straight game, scoring in overtime to lift Clarkson to a 3-2 win in Game 2 of the ECAC playoffs. The Tigers fought back from a two-goal deficit to force overtime. Clarkson wins the series and advances to the quarterfinals.
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL: Princeton 68, Dartmouth 42
The Princeton women's basketball team (23-4, 12-1 Ivy) gave the class of 2016 a thrilling Senior Night as it defeated the Dartmouth Big Green (12-18, 7-7 Ivy), 68-42 at the Jadwin Gymnasium on Saturday evening.
MEN'S BASKETBALL: Princeton 84, Dartmouth 65
Steven Cook matched his career high of 27 points in Princeton's 84-65 win at Dartmouth to wrap the final weekend of Ivy play and put the Tigers at 11-2 on the Ivy season.
MEN'S VOLLEYBALL: George Mason 3, Princeton 0
Devin Stearns had six kills, while classmate Zach Shaw added five, but George Mason won a tight second set and used it for a 3-0 win over Princeton.
WOMEN'S TRACK: ECACs
An all-freshman 4x800 relay has qualified for the final of the ECAC Championships after today's preliminary race. The Tigers took second in heat 2 at 8:48.56 in the preliminaries.
WOMEN'S TENNIS: Princeton 6, Georgia State 1
The Tigers won their lone match of the weekend and picked up their second win over an ITA-ranked team this season, 6-1 over No. 43 Georgia State in Jadwin Gym.
WRESTLING: Six Advance after Day 1 of EIWAs
Jordan Laster and Brett Harner advanced to the semifinals, while four other Tigers (Pat D'Arcy, Mike D'Angelo, Adam Krop and Ray O'Donnell) remained in the consolation round at the EIWA Championships. Princeton is currently 9th with 40.5 points.
WOMEN'S LACROSSE: No. 9 Princeton 11, Dartmouth
Princeton got goals from eight different players and played a stifling defense off Dartmouth in the Ivy League opener, 11-5. The Tigers defense held Dartmouth's leading scorer, who entered today's game averaging five goals per game without a single point.
BASEBALL: Louisville 9, Princeton 1
No. 4 Louisville topped Princeton 9-1 in the teams' second of a three-game series. Nick Hernandez drove in Zack Belski for Princeton's run in the fifth inning.
MEN'S TENNIS: Princeton 6, Penn State 1
No. 38 Princeton knocked off No. 24 Penn State 6-1 in Jadwin Gym, sweeping the six singles matches after losing the doubles point in a tiebreak. Diego Vives and Tom Colautti picked up wins over ITA-ranked opponents in the victory.
MEN'S LACROSSE: Johns Hopkins 17, Princeton 7
Tyler Blaisdell became the first Princeton goalie in 10 years to reach 20 saves in a game as Princeton fell to Hopkins. Austin Sims scored twice for the Tigers.
WOMEN'S WATER POLO: No. 20 Princeton 13, No. 22 Marist 6
Sophomore Chelsea Johnson scored four goals for the second straight game to lead Princeton in scoring. The Tigers used a four-goal outburst in the fourth quarter to pull away and defeat Marist in their first game of the Harvard Invitational.
WOMEN'S WATER POLO: No. 20 Princeton, 12, No. 16 Harvard 8
Freshman Lindsey Kelleher scored a career-high four goals as the Tigers scored the final two goals of the game to keep its distance and score a victory over No. 16 Harvard, 12-8.
