Ten Tigers Earn Winter Academic All-Ivy Recognition

The Ivy League has announced its list of student-athletes selected for 2015-16 Academic All-Ivy honors in its winter sports. Each institution nominated five men and five women from its eligible student-athletes, and Princeton's honorees are listed below.

Carrington Akosa, Jr., Men's Track & Field, Undecided (Catonsville, Md.)
200-meter dash champion and 60-meter dash runner-up at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships; Named Most Outstanding Track Athlete at Indoor Heps.

Steven Cook, Jr., Men's Basketball, Economics (Winnetka, Ill.)
2015-16 Honorable Mention All-Ivy; 2014-15 Second Team All-Ivy.

Teo D'Alessandro, Sr., Men's Swimming & Diving, History (Stuart, Fla.)
200-yard individual medley champion at the Ivy League Championships; NCAA Championships individual qualifier.

Olivia Fiechter, So., Women's Squash, Undecided (Philadelphia)
First Team All-America; First Team All-Ivy.

Brett Harner, Jr., Wrestling, Economics (Norristown, Pa.)
All-American; EIWA champion at 197 pounds; First Team All-Ivy.

Allison Harris, Jr., Women's Track & Field, Operations Research and Financial Engineering (Toronto)
Pole vault champion at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships; Set Ivy League record in the event, Most Outstanding Field Athlete at Indoor Heps.

Alex House, Jr., Men's Fencing, English (Upton, Mass.)
Two-time All-America; Placed fifth in épée at the NCAA Championships.

Kelsey Koelzer, Jr., Women's Ice Hockey, Psychology (Horsham, Pa.)
First-Team All-America; Patty Kazmaier top-10 finalist; ECAC Hockey Best Defender of the Year; Ivy League Player of the Year; First Team All-ECAC Hockey; First Team All-Ivy.

Michelle Miller, Sr., Women's Basketball, Chemistry (Pasadena, Calif.)
CoSIDA Academic All-America; First Team All-Ivy.

Gracie Stone, Sr., Women's Fencing, Politics (Lisle, Ill.)
Four-time All-American; NCAA runner-up in women's épée.
