Princeton Brings "Day Of Lacrosse" To Brooklyn
October 13, 2017 | Men's Lacrosse
The Princeton men's lacrosse team will be at John Dewey High School in Brooklyn Sunday for the Day Of Lacrosse, an outing that will feature clinics for middle school and youth players and coaches and then a demonstration by the Princeton players.
"This is a big part of what Princeton lacrosse is about," said head coach Matt Madalon. "We are excited about going into New York and hopefully inspriing the kids there to learn about the sport we love so much and want to play it themselves. It's should be a great day, for everyone involved."
The event is in conjunction with CityLax, which promotes the growth of the sport on the grass roots level in New York City.
The clinics begin at 11 a.m. on John Dewey, which is on Avenue X. For more information on the event, click HERE.
