Huhmann Named To U.S. VNL Finals Roster

PRINCETON, N.J. – George Huhmann has been named to the United States national team for the FIVB Volleyball Nations League Finals, the team announced tonight.
"I'm very grateful for the opportunity to be selected to the VNL Finals roster," said Huhmann. "The competition this week in Chicago will bring together the best teams in the world, and I'm excited to continue to grow and adapt my game to the highest level."
Brazil (14-1), Iran (12-3), Russia (12-3), France (11-4), Poland (11-4) and the United States (9-6) will all take part in the VNL Finals this week. The U.S. is in a tough pool the features all three teams that medaled at the 2018 VNL Finals. Russia took the gold, followed by France and this U.S. squad.
Huhmann and his unit take on France tomorrow (July 10) and Russia on Friday (July 12) before the semifinals on Saturday and the gold medal contest on Sunday.
