No. 11 Men's Water Polo Travels To West Coast This Weekend

PRINCETON, N.J. – The No. 11 Princeton Tigers make their first trip to the West Coast with three contests vs. ranked opponents this weekend.
Head coach Dustin Litvak's group takes on No. 17 Loyola Marymount (2 p.m. ET, 11 a.m. PT), and No. 10 Pepperdine (8:30 p.m. ET, 5:30 p.m. PT) on Saturday before taking on No. 13 UC Irvine on Sunday (2 p.m. ET, 11 a.m. PT).
Princeton is 7-2 this season after going 3-1 at the U.S. Navy Invite to start the season before a 4-1 weekend at the Princeton Invitational. The Tigers have two wins over ranked opponents in No. 14 California Baptist and No. 16 Bucknell.
Roko Pozaric paces the Tigers' offensive with a remarkable 27 goals on 49 shots (.551 shooting percentage). He also leads the team in assists, steals and is a ridiculous 25-1 in sprints. For his impressive start, he has collected Northeast Water Polo Conference Player and Rookie of the Week honors in consecutive weeks. Keller Maloney (18), Wyatt Benson (13) and Mason Killion (11) are the other players with at least 10 tallies. Antonio Knez is 6-2 this season in goal with a .555 save percentage.
No. 17 Loyola Marymount is 2-3 this year with its best victory over Whittier. Pepperdine is 5-3 with wins over California Baptist and Loyola Marymount while UC Irvine is 4-1. There will be live stats and video for each contest this weekend.
