No. 15 Men's Water Polo Secures Two Wins To Begin NWPC Weekend

PRINCETON, N.J. – The No. 15 Princeton Tigers collected two victories on Saturday afternoon at DeNunzio Pool.
No. 15 Princeton 18, MIT 9
The Tigers scored the final three goals of the first quarter to take a 5-2 lead after eight minutes. Princeton held a three-goal advantage at halftime, 9-6. Head coach Dustin Litvak's group ran off nine straight goals to begin the second half to put the game out of reach and give the home squad the win.

A close defensive affair in the first quarter blew open in the second frame as the Tigers ripped off six goals to hold an 8-3 lead at the break. The home squad extended its lead to eight after 24 minutes, 12-4, and wasn't threatened.
