Women’s Rugby Scores First Varsity Home Try Against Quinnipiac

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton University women's rugby team played its fifth match at the varsity level in program history Saturday, hosting Quinnipiac at West Windsor/Lake Campus Fields.
On a day that also served as Youth Rugby Day, the Tigers scored their first varsity home try when Kristen Ahner crossed the line early in the second half. The try was also Ahner's first at the varsity level.
In the end, it was the Bobcats who emerged victors, 78-5.
