
Men's Squash Defeats Drexel 6-3

Princeton, NJ - The Princeton Men's squash team defeated the Drexel Dragons 6-3, in a hard-fought home victory on Tuesday night in Jadwin Gymnasium to extend the teams' win streak and remain undefeated at home.
The Tigers executed three sweeps in Sunday's match to contribute to the teams' ninth win of the season.
Alhassan Khalil at the No. 5 position, Alastair Cho at the No. 6 position, and Federico Sosa at the No. 8 position, all swept their opponents in three games to gain Tiger points.
Alastair Cho controlled the match over his Drexel opponent in Tuesday's match, only dropping four points at the No. 5 position in his third and last game played, to outscore Filip Krueger 33-16.
Karim Elbarbary at the No. 2 position and Thomas Rosini at the No. 3 position both defeated their Dragon opponents within four games, 3-1.
David Beeson took an exciting five game victory over Drexel's Gautam Nagpal. With the match tied at 2-2, Beeson was able to take game five at the No.9 position, 11-6 to win the match 3-2 and gain the point for the Tigers.
Princeton defeated Drexel with a final score of 6-3 to keep the Tigers undefeated at home over seven matches.
The men will return to Jadwin on Saturday, February 18th at 1:00 p.m. to take on Navy for the teams' final match of the regular season.
