No. 7/8 Men's Water Polo Scores 32 Combined Goals In Two Wins

The No. 7/8 Princeton Men's Water Polo Team began its 2023 season with 32 combined goals in two wins to start the 2023 season.
Princeton 14, LIU 6
The Tigers opened up the scoring with four different scorers in the first quarter, leading by three after eight minutes.
Princeton stretched out its lead to six at halftime, 7-1, before getting to double digit goals with 1:49 to go in the third quarter. The home team led 12-3 after three frames and eventually took home a 14-6 victory.
Head coach Dustin Litvak's group had four multi-goal scorers paced by Roko Pozaric's hat trick. The Tigers take on George Washington at 6 p.m.

Princeton ran off four of the first five goals before holding a 6-2 lead after the first quarter.
George Washington scored with 1:15 to go in the first frame and did not score again until there was 4:28 left in the game, a span of over 20 minutes of game action. The Tigers scored 12 times during that stretch, collecting a 15-goal advantage.
The Tigers had 10 different goal scorers in the game with George Caras pacing the unit with a hat trick.
Litvak's crew hosts the Princeton Invitational next weekend.
