No. 5 Princeton Defeats No. 9 Cornell to Complete Ivy First-Weekend Sweep

Following Friday's win over Columbia, the No. 5-ranked Princeton men's squash team completed a sweep of the first Ivy League weekend of the season, defeating No. 9 Cornell 7-2 on Sunday in Ithaca.
Just three of the nine matches were decided in three games, with all of those going to Princeton. Thomas Rosini, Alastair Cho and Gordon Lam had the wins in sweeps. Avi Agarwal, Alhassan Khalil and Zain Ahmed all won in four games, with Ahmed rebounding from dropping the first game to win three straight.
The lone 3-2 match of the day was at second position, where Hollis Robertson rallied from dropping two of the first three games to win two straight eliminiation games and take the match.
Princeton will host No. 2 Harvard on Saturday and No. 10 Dartmouth on Sunday in Jadwin Gym, both for noon starts.
