Men's Cross Country Takes 24th at NCAA Championships

MADISON, WIS. – With Myles Hogan claiming his fifth top-finish for Princeton this season, the Princeton University men's cross country team took 24th place at the NCAA Championships on Saturday with a score of 587.
Junior Hogan clocked in at 29:38.9 in the 10k for 64th place overall. Nicholas Bendtsen was next across the line with a time of 29:44.5 for 77th place overall.
Daniel O'Brien (30:24.8) and Jackson Shorten (30:44.2) took 166th and 195th place, respectively, while Weston Brown rounded out the Tiger scorers in 202nd (30:50.3).
Harrison Witt and Connor McCormick were pushers for Princeton, with times of 30:52.0 and 30:52.8 to take 204th and 206th place respectively.
Following a strong cross country season that included the Tigers' fourth consecutive Ivy League Title and a second place finish at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals, Princeton now looks to the indoor track and field season which will begin with the Rutgers Holiday Classic on December 6.
