No. 17 Men's Volleyball Wraps Up Regular Season With Win Over Charleston

PRINCETON, NJ - The No. 17 Princeton men's volleyball team concluded the 2024 regular season with a win at home over the University of Charleston Golden Eagles, 3-2 (16-25, 25-17, 26-24, 21-25, 17-15). For the second consecutive match, the Tigers pushed the Golden Eagles to a fifth set. Unlike the evening before, this time they persevered and secured the victory on senior day.
For the Tigers, Nyherowo Omene emerged as the top point-scorer, totaling 25 with 22 kills. Ben Harrington followed behind with 19.5 and 18 kills of his own. Harrington is now just 10 kills away from achieving a career 1,000.
Henry Wedbush had a standout game with 51 assists. In addition to this, the junior setter also tallied a career-high five service aces. Notably, he went back-to-back with aces behind the service line twice in the match.
The Tigers conclude their regular season with a 12-11 overall record, with a 5-5 record in conference play. They achieved a 5-5 record at Dillon Gym, their home court, and posted a 7-6 record on the road.
