Kabiri, Croddick Continue To Earn Honors
March 02, 2026 | Men's Lacrosse
The honors, not surprisingly, continue to roll in for Princeton's Ryan Croddick and Nate Kabiri.
It started Monday, when both were honored by the Ivy League as the Defensive and Offensive Player of the Week. Since then, both have been named to the USILA Team of the Week, while Croddick was named the Division I Player of the Week by USA Lacrosse Magazine, Inside Lacrosse and The Lacrosse Network.
Â
Croddick's weekend saw him make 39 saves while allowing 16 goals in wins over Syracuse (11-7) and North Carolina (11-9), first with 14 saves against the Orange and then even more spectacularly showing Sunday, with 25 saves against UNC, who came into the game ranked No. 1 in the country. Croddick's 25 saves were the most by a Princeton goalie since 1985.
Â
Nate Kabiri took the Offensive Player of the Week Award after his five-goal, four-assist weekend, one that began with two goals and an assist against the Orange and the continued with three goals and three assists against UNC.

Â
Princeton will host Rutgers in the 102nd meeting for the Meistrell Cup Saturday at noon. Rutgers is ranked No. 12 by USA Lacrosse and No. 15 by Inside Lacrosse. Â
