At Princeton - Had a goal against Binghamton as a freshman and Dartmouth as a sophomore.
At Sacred Heart Prep - Lettered four times in lacrosse and three times in soccer. Varsity lacrosse Captain in 2020 and 2021. US Lacrosse All-American 2021. Adrenaline All-American 2021. Northern California CCS Championship (2021) and WCAL Championship (2018) in lacrosse and 3x League Championships (2019, 2020, and 2021) in soccer. Two-tme All-League. Two-time team offensive MVP. Had 98 goals and 64 assists in three years. Team was ranked No. 3 in the West by USA Lacrosse. Holds team record for goals in a game (9) and points in a game (12). Played club lacrosse for ADVNC and West Coast Starz. Earned "Athlete of Distinction" Award," the highest athletic honor at SHP. Won 2021 Western US Jeremy Huber Award for Athletics and Sportsmanship.
Personal - son of Tom and Deb Barnds. Father was an All-American and captain in lacrosse at Princeton. Mother was an All-American in track and field at Stanford. Older brother Tommy is also currently on the Princeton lacrosse team (Class of 2024). Younger siblings Laura and John play lacrosse at Sacred Heart Prep.
