In July 2024, Brittany Kelly assumed the role of Assistant Director of Ticket Sales and Operations. In this position, she will lead, develop, coordinate, and execute all departmental ticketing initiatives.
Prior to joining the Princeton, Brittany served as the Athletics Ticket Manager at Brown University since 2020. In this role, she oversaw ticket sales and operations, instituting new initiatives that increased fan and community support for the Bears. Her efforts contributed to growth in event attendance and revenue across multiple sports, including men's and women's basketball, football, gymnastics, lacrosse, and soccer. Brittany also spearheaded enhancements to the fan experience, such as the addition of digital ticketing, premium seating, hospitality areas, and the Bruno's Cub Club.
Brittany first came to Brown in 2019 as the Assistant Ticket Manager for Sales. In this capacity, she conducted outreach to local youth and non-profit organizations to drive attendance and elevate the department's community engagement and diversity initiatives. She also served as the ticketing supervisor for several ticketed sports.
Before Brown, Brittany held a Ticket and Group Sales role at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where she assisted with the Athletic Department's marketing efforts and contributed to a significant increase in basketball ticket sales.
Brittany's prior experience also includes positions with the New York Jets Game Day and Consumer Sales and Service department, Compliance and Eligibility at Montclair State University, and as a Game Day and Promotions assistant with the New Jersey Jackals.
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Rutgers University, where she also served as the Team Manager for the Men's Basketball program.
