Nancy Donigan is the Compliance Coordinator in the Department of Athletics at Princeton University. Nancy started her career in Athletics in 1987 as Princeton’s Football Office Manager/Systems Administrator. Since 1990, Nancy has been involved in all day-to-day operations in the Compliance Office.
In her current role, she oversees all on-campus recruiting activities and approves all team travel rosters. Additionally, she manages 38 varsity athletic team rosters and serves as Princeton’s Awards Coordinator for all Princeton Athletics major team awards and letterwinners. She maintains eligibility records of over 1,000 student-athletes per academic year. Nancy is passionate about the opportunities that Athletics can give young students. Her goal is to strive to protect the integrity of the Princeton Athletic program.

Nancy and her husband Joe, who also works at Princeton in the Finance and Treasury Office, reside in Lawrenceville, NJ and enjoy spending time with their grown children and their spouses (Joe and Amanda) and (Keely and Steve) along with their 3 grandchildren (Devon 2, Jaxon 4 and Ryker 1).
