Philadelphia, Pa. - The Princeton fencing teams began their season play at the Temple Open this past weekend. Lawrence was the only Princeton woman to place in the competition as she finished in a tie for third in epee. Terry Kim and James Leighton finished in second and 11th respectively in the men's sabre competition, and Joel Spitalnik earned 44th place in the men's foil event.

The men and women compete at the Penn State Open this weekend in State College, Pa.
