Men's Fencing Battles N.Y.U and Penn St. over the Weekend

New York, N.Y. - The Princeton men's fencing team ended a long layoff by competing at competition hosted by N.Y.U. The Tigers defeated the host institution by the score of 16-11, but fell three points short against Penn St.
The Tigers were led by freshman Soren Thompson (Torrey Pines, Calif.), that went 3-0 in the men's epee competition against N.Y.U. Also, freshman Jonathon Jew-Lim posted an impressive 2-1 record in the men's foil competition against Penn St., who defeated the Princeton men 15-12.
