Magnanimous Mr. Morrison - Freshman Drew Morrison recorded his first collegiate point when he assisted on George Parros' early first-period goal against Bowling Green last Saturday.
The Parros Paradox - Sophomore George Parros has scored goals in the first minute in the games against Rensselaer (Dec. 9) and Bowling Green (Jan. 5), but the Tigers have lost both games in rather lopsided fashion (6-2 and 8-3 respectively).
Tigers Try Not to Make History - The last time that Princeton was shut out in back-to-back games was during the 1976-77 season when it lost 11-0 at Cornell and 3-0 at Clarkson.
Back to the ECAC - Princeton returns to conference play after five games against non-league opponents.
Solid Slaton - Freshman Steve Slaton has scored a point in five of his last seven games. During that stretch Slaton has scored one goal and recorded five assists.
Bennett Back in the Mix - Dave Bennett tallied an assist in the 8-3 loss vs. Bowling Green last Saturday, which was his first point since a three-assist performance at Dartmouth on Nov. 18.
Surprising Plus-Minus Leader - Amazingly, freshman defenseman Matt Maglione leads the Tigers with a +7 rating heading into this weekend.
Sibling Rivalry - Dominic and Steve Moore rank first and second in Harvard scoring coming in to this weekend. If Steve overtakes his younger brother in the scoring lead, he will be only the second player in Harvard history to lead his team in scoring all four years.
