Princeton Men's Fencing Team Finishes Day One of IFA Championships

Cambridge, Mass. - Princeton finished day one of the IFA championships at Harvard in fifth place in the sabre competition, in sixth place in the foil competition and in third place in the ep?e competition.
Thompson (Fr., San Diego, Calif.) finished day one in first place of one of the three men's ep?e qualifying brackets, and Eric Stodola (Fr., Flourtown, Pa.) finished in third place in one of the three men's foil qualifying brackets.
Princeton finished fourth in men's three-weapon standings, and is in third place in the six-weapon standings.
