After four games against CCHA opponents, Princeton returns to ECAC action at Harvard and Brown before a 19-day layoff for exams.

Bring Your Blue Book - Princeton faces its toughest test of the season, playing at Harvard, the ECAC's top team, on Friday. The Crimson just missed the USA Today/American Hockey Magazine top 15 rankings, as they are first in the "others receiving votes" category.
Road Warriors - Princeton travels to Harvard and Brown this weekend. The Tigers have lost only two times in their last seven trips to Cambridge, posting a 3-2-2 mark, and hold an 8-5-1 advantage in the past 14 games in Providence.
Leader Board - David Del Monte leads Princeton is goals (6), points (13) and penalty minutes (28).
Don't Leave Early - Princeton has scored more goals in the third period (16) than it has in the first and second combined (15). The Tigers also have one overtime goal.
Don't Leave Early, Part 2 - Five of David Del Monte's six goals have come in the third period, three in the final two minutes.
Don't Leave Early, Part 3 - Princeton has scored two goals in a period eight times this year, six of those of come in the second and third periods of three games.
By George - After collecting three assists at Bowling Green, George Parros is tied with David Del Monte for the team lead in points (13) and has a team-high eight assists.
Trading Places - Junior Trevor Beaney, the defenseman turned forward this year, scored his fourth goal of the season in last Friday's 4-2 win at Bowling Green. As a defenseman, Beaney went the first 54 games of his collegiate career without scoring a goal, but he has four goals in 16 games as a forward this season. His six points (4g, 2a) surpasses the five points (0g, 5a) he had combined in his freshman and sophomore campaigns.
Just Shoot - Princeton has outshot three opponents in its 17 games this year and was victorious on all three occasions. The Tigers are 4-2 when they register at least 30 shots.
Oh Shoot - Princeton has scored more than two goals only three times this year and has won each of those games. The Tigers have scored two or fewer goals in the remaining 14 games.
Don't Shoot - Princeton held Bowling Green to a season-low 22 shots in a 4-2 victory Jan. 4.
Keep It Close - Despite a 5-12 record, Princeton has played well in one-goal games, collecting a 3-3 mark.
Opening Act - Princeton is 3-4 in the first of back-to-back games, but 1-6 in the second game. Princeton has yet to win consecutive games.
Class System - Goal scoring has been spread fairly evenly throughout the classes - seniors with 10, followed by juniors (9), freshmen (8) and sophomores (5).
Youth Movement - Of Princeton's five game-winning goals, two have been scored by freshmen, two by juniors and one by a sophomore.
Brad Parsons Project - Despite missing nine games due to injures this year, Brad Parsons has managed seven points (2g, 5a) in eight games.
I'm Honored, Again - Goalie Trevor Clay has received two starts this year and was named to the ECAC honor roll following each game. The freshman stopped 33 shots in a 2-1 loss at Bowling and 41 in a 2-1 loss to Notre Dame. Clay has made double-digit saves in all seven periods that he has played this year.
Stop It - Only two Princeton players have been named to the ECAC honor roll more than once - goalies Trevor Clay and Dave Stathos.
Streaking - Before Saturday's 2-1 loss at Bowling Green, David Del Monte had a four-game goal-scoring streak (5g, 1a).
More Streaking - Trevor Beaney's four-game scoring streak (2g, 2a) also came to a close Saturday at Bowling Green.
My First - Sophomore Chris Owen scored his first collegiate goal in last year's 4-3 loss to Harvard. Owen scored his only other career goal in this year's 3-1 loss at Union.
Leader of the Pack - Brad Parsons has scored more points against Harvard (3g, 1a) and Brown (0g, 4a) than any other current Tiger.
One Short of a Dozen - In the 12 games that Princeton has played against Harvard and Brown the past two years, goalie Dave Stathos has started 11. He is 1-3-1 against Harvard and 3-2-1 against Brown.
One, The Loneliest Number - Princeton has scored no more than one power-play goal in a game this season. The Tigers have six man-advantage goals, each scored by a different player.
Thirty-Something - Only four Princeton players have more than 30 career points, Brad Parsons (59), David Schneider (38), George Parros (36) and David Del Monte (34).
Surfin' the Net - Only four Princeton players have more than 10 career goals, Brad Parsons (30), David Schneider (16), David Del Monte (16) and George Parros (15).
The Puck Stops Here - Dave Stathos and the Princeton record book: career - No. 1 in save percentage (.903) ... No. 3 in goals-against average (3.00) ... No. 3 in saves (2,161) ... No. 3 in minutes played (4,656). Stathos alsohas the top 2 single-season save percentage marks (.912 in 1999-2000 and .901 in 2000-01) and three of the top 8. The senior also owns three of the top 5 single-season marks for goals-against average, his best being 2.83 in 1999-2000.
What You Won't 'C' - Captain David Schneider, who's 16 career goals ties him for second most (Steve Shirreffs, 1995-99) in Princeton history among defensemen, is sidelined with an injury. Schneider fractured his foot at Union Dec. 7, but played the following night during a 4-2 win at RPI, registering an assist on the first goal of the game. Schneider may return to the lineup Feb. 1 when the Tigers host St. Lawrence.
Conference Call - Princeton has 12 regular-season games remaining, all against ECAC opponents.
