Men's Tennis Defeats Old Dominion

RICHMOND, VA - The Princeton men's tennis team improved to 1-1 on the season with a 5-2 win at Old Dominion on Friday, Feb. 1.
The Tigers captured the doubles point with by winning the first two matches. Josh Burman and Daniel Friedman picked up an 8-4 win out of the No. 1 position and Tim Kofol and Judson Wiliams came away with a 8-5 win at No. 2 doubles.
In singles action, Williams dropped a 6-4, 7-5 match to Zoltan Binkowski at No. 1. Princeton swept the No. 2 through No. 4 positions with wins from Trevor Smith, Darren Joe and Josh Burman. Nick Benjamin fell to Niklas Oskarrson, 6-2, 6-4 at No. 5 singles.
The Tigers return home to host Rutgers on Friday, Feb.22 and George Washington on Saturday, Feb. 23. Those matches are scheduled for 3 p.m. and noon respectively.
