PRINCETON, N.J. - Jeff Hare scored his second goal of the season off a penalty kick in the first half but the men's soccer team lost to Brown, 3-1, in its second Ivy League game this year.
Brown was first on the scoreboard with a goal 10 minutes into the game before Princeton's Darren Spicer drew a penalty kick and Hare converted. Brown pulled ahead 2-1 with a goal off a corner kick at the end of the first half. The final nail in the coffin came in the second half when Neil Chaudhuri took down Brown's Adom Crew and allowed the Bears to score off a penalty kick.
Princeton falls to 4-3-2 overall and 1-1 in the Ivy Leauge. They travel to American this Wednesday for a 3 p.m. game.
