Men's Volleyball Downs Harvard For First Home Win

The Princeton men's volleyball defeated Harvard Sunday afternoon for both its first home win and first Ivy League win of the season. The Tigers won 3-1, taking the first, third and fourth games as they improved to 7-5 overall this season.
Blake Robinson led the Tigers with 29 kills and Dennis Alshuler had 19. Jason Liljestrom led Princeton with 64 assists while Harvard's Mike Bookman had 53. Princeton claimed the first game of the match 30-21, but Harvard answered back to take the second game by the same score. Princeton then won a game 35-33 and claimed the decisive game 30-28.
Princeton resumes play on Tuesday night when the Tigers host Rutgers at 7 p.m. in Dillon Gym.
