Men's Golf Relinquishes Ivy Title To Yale

Princeton, N.J. - The Princeton men's golf team relinquished its three-year reign as Ivy League champions and placed third as a team at the Metedeconk National Golf Club in Jackson, N.J. on Sunday. Senior Cassidy Traub also placed third as an individual as Yale won the tournament with a team score of 914.
Traub shot a two-day total of 226 and the Tigers finished with a team score of 932, seven strokes back of second-place Pennsylvania. Creighton Page finished tied for 10th (234) and Nat Hoopes placed 12th (235) for the Tigers with Princeton's low round of the day, a final round score of 77.
Greg Johnson and Jason Gerken rounded out Princeton's scoring with scores of 245 and 246 respectively, while Brian Kim of Yale won the tournament with a three-round 222.
