Men's Fencing Defeats Duke And Yale, Loses To Harvard At Home Meet

Princeton, N.J. - The Princeton men's fencing team defeated Yale and Duke this weekend, including an all-weapon sweep of the Blue Devils. Alejandro Bras won all three bouts against Duke and combined with Scott Sherman and Eric Stodola for the 7-2 win in foil. Leighton won all three bouts in sabre as both sabre and epee won 5-4.
The Tigers also defeated Ivy rival Yale, winning in sabre 7-2 and foil 6-3 but losing in epee 5-4. Princeton defeated Harvard in foil 5-4 but lost in epee 5-4 and sabre 6-3.
