The Princeton men's volleyball team continued its up-and-down play Tuesday night with a 3-1 loss at George Mason, one of the teams chasing Princeton for the final home playoff spot in the EIVA. Mason extended its own winning streak to four matches by earning a 32-30, 30-18, 22-30, 30-25 victory.
The Tigers (9-6, 4-4) had four players in double figures in kills, although their outside hitters were inconsistent throughout the match. Ryn Burns (Encinitas, Calif.) had 13 kills but 11 errors and Blake Robinson (Aliso Viejo, Calif.) had 15 kills but 10 errors. Sean Vitousek (Kamuela, Hawaii) had 12 kills and one error on 19 attacks while Brian Hamming (Lake Forest, Ill.) had 14 kills and four errors on 23 attacks.
