Tigers To Host Princeton Invitational Tournament Oct. 22 at Princeton Stadium

The Princeton women's lacrosse team will host the Princeton Invitational Fall Tournament on Sun., Oct. 22, when four teams, including two-time defending national champion Northwestern, visit Princeton Stadium.
In addition to the Tigers and Northwestern, Notre Dame, North Carolina and Temple will also participate in the day-long tournament. The format will be a round robin with each team playing four 40-minute, running-clock games.
The Tigers will play North Carolina and Northwestern in the morning and Notre Dame and Temple in the afternoon. The complete tournament schedule is listed below.
This upcoming Sunday, Oct. 15, the Tigers will travel to Towson University to participate in the four-team Towson Fall Invitational. Princeton will play games against Duke, Rutgers and Towson at that event.
Princeton finished 12-6 in 2006 and reached the NCAA quarterfinals for the ninth consecutive season. The Tigers also won their ninth Ivy League championship
