Tigers to Host Preseason Scrimmage Tournament Saturday

The Princeton women's lacrosse team will host a preseason scrimmage tournament at Class of 1952 Stadium this Sat., Feb. 18, beginning at 9:30 a.m. when the Tigers play Towson.

In addition to Princeton and Towson, Rutgers, Temple and Syracuse will also be attending the tournament. Each team will play four 40-minute games with a running clock and no halftime, and there will be a five-minute break between each game.

Princeton begins its regular season March 4 at Johns Hopkins in a game that will be televised by ESPNU. The Tigers were ranked third in the Inside Lacrosse Preseason Media Poll and fourth in the preseason IWLCA poll.

9:30 a.m: Princeton vs. Towson

10:15 a.m.: Temple vs. Syracuse

11 a.m.: Princeton vs. Rutgers

11:45 a.m.: Towson vs. Temple

12:30 p.m.: Rutgers vs. Syracuse

1:15 p.m.: Princeton vs. Temple

2:00 p.m.: Syracuse vs. Towson

2:45 p.m.: Temple vs. Rutgers

3:30 p.m.: Princeton vs. Syracuse

4:15 p.m.: Rutgers vs. Towson
