Tigers Fall at Johns Hopkins 12-4

BALTIMORE -- Johns Hopkins scored seven man-up goals to defeat the 20th-ranked Princeton men's water 12-4 on Friday night in CWPA Southern Division play.
Both teams traded goals in the first quarter with the period ending tied at 3-3. Hopkins pulled ahead 5-4 at the half, then broke the game open with seven unanswered goals in the second half for the 12-4 win. Princeton went 0-6 with the man advantage in the game, while Johns Hopkins was 7-8.
Gregor Horstmeyer, Brendan Colgan, Mark Zalewski and Zach Beckmann scored goals for the Tigers, while senior Scott Syverson made 14 saves.
Princeton continues its weekend tomorrow against Air Force, in a game played at Navy.
