March 15, 2007 | Women's Lacrosse
The Princeton women's lacrosse team returns home to face its third ranked opponent in its first four games, Penn State, in a Saturday afternoon matchup at 2 p.m. at Class of 1952 Stadium. The game will be televised live by Patriot 8 in Princeton and free audio will be available at GoPrincetonTigers.com.
The eighth-ranked Tigers (2-1), who have averaged more than 14 goals per game in their first three games this season, have won six of their last seven and 16 of their last 19 games against No. 13 Penn State (4-1). Princeton and Penn State have played at least once in every season since 1982.

Lewis-Lamonica was the Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week for last week after scoring nine goals on 13 shots in two games. Miller surpassed the 100-career-goal mark in the first half at Duke and is five points away from moving into the top 10 all-time at Princeton.
Penn State, which won at William & Mary on Sunday, earned a 14-13 overtime victory against Princeton two years ago at Class of 1952 Stadium. The win broke the Tigers' 24-game regular-season winning streak. The Lions' lone loss this season came at No. 7 Virginia last Friday.
Princeton will also play at home next Wednesday against Loyola. That game will be played at Princeton Stadium and wil be televised live by ESPNU.
