Harvard Next Up For Women's Lacrosse

Princeton begins an important five-game Ivy League stretch Saturday with Harvard, a team the Tigers have beaten in each of the last 14 seasons. Game time is noon at Class of 1952 Stadium in the first game of a women's/men's doubleheader against the Crimson.
The game will be televised LIVE by Patriot 8 in the Princeton area, with a rebroadcast set for Monday night, April 16 at 9 p.m.
The Tigers are 1-1 in Ivy play entering Saturday's game, with 4-0 Penn hosting 3-1 Dartmouth at the same time on Saturday. Yale improved to 4-1 in league play with a win at Columbia Wednesday.
Princeton (5-4) moved back above .500 overall with an 18-7 defeat of Temple at Class of 1952 Stadium Wednesday night. Katie Lewis-Lamonica had a career-high seven goals for the Tigers, the most in a game by a Princeton player since Phyllis Fogarty scored seven against Lehigh 17 years ago.
Harvard (2-8, 0-2) fell to crosstown rival Boston University 17-8 in a game played this past Monday. Kaitlin Martin scored three goals in that game for the Crimson and leads the team with 23 goals this season. Harvard enters Saturday's game on a five-game losing skid.
Princeton has averaged 16 goals in its five victories this season. The Tigers scored 21 goals in a victory against Harvard at Class of 1952 Stadium two seasons ago, their most in a regular-season game since a win over Delaware in 2005.
