No. 2 Tigers Look For 10-0 With Saturday Trip To Harvard

The second-ranked Princeton women's lacrosse team looks for a 10-0 start and its 16th straight win over rival Harvard when the Tigers visit the Crimson Saturday afternoon at noon at Harvard Stadium. Live stats for the game will be available at GoPrincetonTigers.com.
Princeton (9-0, 3-0) hasn't lost to Harvard (7-4, 1-2) since the 1992 NCAA tournament. Meanwhile, the Tigers' 9-0 start currently stands as the third-best in program history, behind a 14-0 start during the NCAA championship season of 1994 and a 19-0 start in 2004 before a defeat in the NCAA title game.
Seven players scored a goal for Princeton in its 9-6 win over Yale last Saturday at Class of 1952 Stadium. The Tigers trailed 2-0 but then scored five straight after that to take over the game. Christine Casaceli, who has a team-high 20 goals, had three goals against the Bulldogs.
Princeton trails only 4-0 Penn in the Ivy standings heading into this weekend. The Quakers play at Dartmouth on Saturday; Princeton will host Penn next Wednesday at Class of 1952 Stadium.
The Tigers remain one of two undefeated teams in Division I women's lacrosse. Top-ranked Northwestern improved to 12-0 with a 16-2 victory against Notre Dame this week.
