Jubinville and Moore Named First-Team All-America

Princeton's Lee Jubinville and Mike Moore were both named First-Team All-Americas by the American Hockey Coaches Association. The announcements were made as part of the 2008 Frozen Four in Denver on Friday night.
The pair helped lead Princeton to its winningest season in program history, as Princeton was 21-14. The Tigers were the ECAC Hockey and Ivy League Champions and made their second-ever NCAA Tournament Appearance.
Jubinville, the ECAC Hockey and Ivy League Player of the Year, was the ECAC Hockey scoring champion and led Princeton in scoring for the second-straight season. The Edmonton native had points in 18 of 22 league games this season and averaged 1.41 points per game in the 22 league contests. Jubinville was one of 10 Hobey Baker Award candidates and was first-team All-ECAC and a first-team All-Ivy selection.
Moore served Princeton's team captain. He was named the ECAC Hockey Defensive Defenseman of the Year and was a first-team All ECAC and first-team All-Ivy choice. Moore led all Princeton defensemen in goals (seven), assists (17) and points (24) in 34 games.
Jubinville and Moore become the third and fourth first-team All-Americas from Princeton, joining Hank Bothfeld (1953) and Cliff Abrecht (1986). Steve Shirreffs was a second-team All-America in 1998.
