Cox and Schwab Named to the North/South Rosters

PRINCETON, N.J. (6/4/09) ? Katie Cox and Kristin Schwab of the Princeton women's lacrosse team were named to the IWLCA/Under Armour North-South Senior All-Star teams it was announced by the IWLCA on Thursday, June 4.
Cox and Schwab, are two of just 43 players in their final year of eligibility, that made the teams. They will be members of the 22-member South team in the annual classic.
The Division I game will take place on Saturday, June 13 at the United Sports Training Center in Downingtown, Pa., at 2 p.m.
Schwab was named first-team All-Ivy and all-region this season while capturing third-team All-America honors by womenslacrosse.com. She started in all 18 games this season and scored a team-high 41 goals and added four assists for 45 points. Schwab collected 43 draw controls, 40 ground balls and 29 caused turnovers, second on the team in all three categories. In addition to her athletic honors, she was named a CoSIDA ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District first-team selection, earned an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship, and the Art Lane Award.
