Men's Water Polo Claims Ivy Championship with OT Win over Brown

Princeton trailed through much of the game before rallying to draw even in the final frame and force extra time. The first overtime session was scoreless and Brown struck first in the second overtime but Princeton quickly answered and Wenzlau converted on a counter to give the Tigers the win.
Matt Hale led all Tigers with three goals in the win and Wenzlau had two. Chris Cottrell and Tommy Parolin each had a single goal and Mike Merlone made 15 saves in goal.
Princeton is now 14-7 overall this season. The Tigers defeated Yale in the semifinals 11-6 earlier on Sunday in an exhibition game. Princeton is back in action next weekend at the Southern Championships.
