Women's Lacrosse Wraps Up Three-Game Road Swing at Temple Wednesday

PRINCETON, N.J. (3/30/10) - The Princeton women's lacrosse team will be looking to push its current win streak to three when it travels to Temple to conclude a three-game road stretch on Wednesday, March 31. Game time is at 4 p.m.

Princeton has a 19-8 advantage in the all-time series with Temple and has won the last 11 games dating back to 1999. Last year, the Tigers recorded a 13-4 victory at home.
The Tigers are 4-4 on the season and are undefeated at 4-0 when playing on the road. Junior Lizzy Drumm is the team's leading scorer with 28 points on 23 points and five assists. Senior Kristin Morrison has a team-high eight assists to go along with 12 goals for 20 points. Sophomore Barb Previ's six-point week last week sits her in third place in the scoring column with 16 points, while freshman Charlotte Davis has 10 points. Sophomore defender Lindsey deButts leads the team in ground balls with 22 and caused turnovers with 23. Junior Erin Tochihara has started all eight games and has made 64 saves on 136 shots for an 11.03 goals against average and a .471 save percentage.
Temple is 3-5 overall and is looking for its first win at home with a 0-3 mark at Geasey Field. Senior Chelsea Rosiek leads the Owls in scoring with a team-leading 13 assists and 12 goals for 25 points. She also leads the team in draw control wins with 25. Sophomore Melissa Schweitzer has also scored 12 goals and is second on the team in points with 14. Sophomore Stephanie Markunas, sophomore Karly Cohen and freshman Stephany Parcell have 12, 11 and 10 points respectively. Junior attacker Ann Stouffer has a team-best 23 ground balls and nine caused turnovers. Senior goalie Jessica Colucci has started all eight games and has made 59 saves on 143 shots for a 10.67 GAA and a .413 save percentage.
