Women's Lacrosse Announces Class of 2015

PRINCETON, N.J. (6/22/11) - Princeton head women's lacrosse coach Chris Sailer has announced the recruiting class of six student-athletes to join the team as the Class of 2015.
"We are so excited for the Class of 2015 to join our program this fall," Sailer said. "The incoming freshmen are a fun group; their athleticism, skill and passion for the game of lacrosse is unmistakable. They are ready to work and eager to learn, and that is an unbeatable combination. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a number of them in our starting lineup come spring."
Sailer and her assistant coaches Michelle DeJuliis, Kelly Munroe and Patty Kennedy bring in two attackers, three midfielders, one defender and one goalie.

A
four-year letterwinner at Triton High School, Curley helped her team to a 55-24
record during her tenure as a defensive midfielder. The Vikings qualified for
the state tournament all four years and were the Cape Ann League Champions in
2010.
As a senior captain, Curley tallied 68 points on 60 goals and eight assists. She amassed 191 goals and 24 assists for 215 total points. She was named all-Cape Ann League in 2010 and 2010, was named to the 2010 Lower New England (LNE) team and the 2011 Eastern Massachusetts Girls Lacrosse Coaches Association All-Star Team 2. Curley was named the 2011 Triton High School Scholar-Athlete and is a US Lacrosse All-Academic selection.
Curley was also a four-year letterwinner in field hockey, where she earned all-star honors in 2010.
She played on the Eastern Lower New England Team 2 in 2010 and for Revolution Lacrosse from 2008-11.
Erika Grabbi
Grabbi
is a three-year letterwinner out of Heritage High School. She was named
first-team all-district in 2009 and 2010 as well as a first-team all-county and
all-region honoree in 2010. Grabbi was awarded the Most Valuable Player and
Most Valuable Teammate by her peers at Heritage.
She also lettered in track & field and basketball, where she was captain her junior and senior years.
Grabbi played for Capital Lacrosse Club, Washington D.C. Metro Team 1 and the Under Armour Washington D.C. Underclassmen All-Star Team.
She also considered Duke and Stanford.
Erin McMunn
McMunn
lettered four years at Winters Mill helping the Falcons to a 63-9 record while
tallying 310 career points. As a senior captain, McMunn scored 39 goals and
added 45 assists. Winters Mill won three conference and state titles, four
regional championships and two county championships during her tenure. McMunn
is a three-time first-team all-county and all-Monocacy
Valley Athletic League (MVAL) selection. In addition she was named first-team
all-Metro and is a 2011 US Lacrosse All-Academic honoree.
McMunn played her club lacrosse with Check-Hers Elite in 2011 and was a member of the US Women's U19 National Team.
She also lettered in soccer, basketball and indoor track, and considered Johns Hopkins, Penn and Penn State.
Jessica Nelson
In
her three years at Northport High School, Nelson helped the Tigers to an
impressive 52-4 overall record. Playing both defense and midfield, Nelson was
elected team captain as a senior.
Northport has won the league all three years and were Suffolk County Champions in 2009 and 2011. The team is the 2011 Long Island Champions and is currently competing in states.
Nelson is a two-time all-county selection and was named to the 2010 All-Tournament Team Division I. In 2011 she earned all-league honors as well as being named Newsday Top 50 Long Island. She is a two-time US Lacrosse All-Academic. Nelson's team also honored her as the 2010 MVP Midfielder of the Year.
She also played for the Yellow Jackets Blue, Metro New York Women's National Team in 2009 and 2010 and the gold-medal winning Empire State Team in 2010.
Nelson also earned three letters in volleyball and was team captain, and played on the ninth grade basketball team.
She also considered William & Mary and Yale.
Erin Slifer
Slifer
earned four varsity letters at South Carroll High School, where she led the
Cavaliers in goals, assists and draw controls in her sophomore, junior and
senior years. She was team captain in 2010 and 2011. In her final season she
scored 64 goals and added 56 assists, and concluded her high school career with
315 career points.
Slifer is a four-time first-team All-Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association (MPSSAA) and earned first-team all-county honors on three occasions. She is also a 2011 US Lacrosse Honorable Mention Western Maryland selection and a 2011 US Lacrosse All-Academic.
At South Carroll, Slifer also lettered three years in basketball, two years in field hockey and one year in cross country.
She played on the Check-hers Elite in 2011 and Under Armour All-America Team Baltimore in 2010.
Slifer also considered Florida, Maryland and Penn.
Annie Woehling
Woehling
played all four years at Radnor High School, earning three varsity letters. The
Raiders posted an 86-8 record during her tenure. She posted a .600 save
percentage her junior year and was elected team captain as a senior.
The Raiders were the 2008 District 1 Champions and the 2009 and 2010 Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) State Champions.
Woehling is a two-time first-team US Lacrosse All-America and was named and Under Armour South Girls All-America in 2011. She is also a two-time US Lacrosse All-Academic selection. Inside Lacrosse tabbed Woehling to the 2010 Top 10 Young Guns List.
She played club lacrosse with Ultimate Goal Lacrosse and also considered Cornell and Dartmouth.
