Men's Water Polo Wins Seventh Straight, Tops Conn College 16-3

Princeton had a 6-0 lead after a quarter and led 10-2 at the half. The Tigers scored 10 of their 16 goals on the counterattack as 13 Tigers scored goals. Tommy Donahue, Matt Pugliese and Contantine Nakos each scored two goals in the game, while 10 others scored single goals. Tim Wenzlau had two assists while Mike Helou and Adam Lebovitz both had two steals. Jack Ruth drew three ejections.
Tyler Amina made two saves in the opening quarter to get the win. He also had an assist. Nick Gilligan played the middle two quarters in goal and stopped six shots. Helou made a save in the final quarter while Gilligan played in the field for the quarter.
Princeton scored on two of three man-up chances and Nick Pugliese converted on a 5-meter shot. Connecticut College scored on its one man-up chance.
Princeton is now 7-0 overall. The Tigers will play Fordham on Sunday.
