Gassaway Earns Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week Honor

PRINCETON, N.J. (2/27/12) - Junior Jaci Gassaway of the Princeton women's lacrosse team has been named the Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week it was announced by the league office on Monday, Feb. 27.
Gassaway led Princeton offensively with a career-best seven-point game as the Tigers won their season opener by a decisive 16-3 win at Villanova. Gassaway scored a career-high five goals and added two assists, which also matches her career high. She converted on 83% of her shots, scoring on five of six.
The Tigers host Rutgers in the home opener on Wednesday, Feb. 29 at 6 p.m., at Sherrerd Field at Class of 1952 Stadium.
