Sprint Football Concludes 2013 at Penn Friday

The Princeton sprint football team will close out the 2013 season at Penn on Friday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. The Tigers will look to rebound from their 57-0 loss at Army last week and enter the meeting at 0-6, 0-5 CSFL, while the Quakers sit at 2-3, 2-3 CSFL.
Princeton is paced by quarterback Chad Cowden's six touchdowns and 788 yards over five starts. Kadheem Cohens leads the receivers with three touchdowns, while Chris McCord has a team-best 411 receiving yards. A.J. Sibley has a team-high 25.5 tackles, followed by Kyle Douglas' 22. Both Bob Dougherty and John Wolfe each have a sack.
Penn is coming off consecutive losses to Franklin Pierce, 33-27 in overtime, and Post, 43-12. Leading the four-player quarterback rotation is Mike McCurdy, who is 63-for-121 with nine touchdowns for 883 passing yards. Jack Epstein paces the receivers with five touchdowns on 12 receptions for 269 yards and defensively Stu Helgeson has a team-high 41 tackles along with an interception.
