Sdao Signs Entry-Level Contract with Ottawa Senators

OTTAWA (3/15/13) -The Ottawa Senators announced today that the club has signed defenseman Michael Sdao to a one-year entry-level contract. Sdao has signed an amateur tryout agreement and has reported to the Binghamton Senators (AHL).
Sdao recently completed his senior year at Princeton, where he was fourth on the team in scoring with 15 points on eight goals and seven assists. He led the ECAC in goals for a defenseman and was third in points. The two-time assistant captain was twice named first-team All-Ivy League and was a second-team All-ECAC Hockey selection last year. (This year's awards are TBA). The 2009 Ottawa Senators draft pick finished his career with 26 goals and 28 assists for 54 points in 118 games.
