Condon Signs with Ontario Reign of the ECHL

ONTARIO, Calif. (3/20/13) - Former Princeton hockey player Mike Condon has signed an amateur tryout agreement with the Ontario Reign of the East Coast Hockey League.
The Reign visits Idaho tonight at 7:10 p.m.
Condon made 22 starts this season and posted an 8-11-4 overall record. He finished the season with a .923 save percentage and a 2.48 goals against average. Condon earned two shutouts during the season, the first a 4-0 win over Colgate and then a 1-0 shutout of Cornell. He was named the ECAC Goalie of the Week on Feb. 12 after a sweep of Cornell and Colgate on the road, including making a season-high 39 saves at Cornell. This season he made 30+ saves in seven games. Condon caps off his career with a .923 save percentage and a 2.67 GAA with an 18-22-8 record.
